Product/User Experience Designer

About the role

You’ll lead end-to-end user experience (UX) design across various platforms and tools that drive daily operations. Your role involves unifying fragmented legacy experiences into governed, scalable systems and transforming manual processes into enduring digital workflows. A significant portion of this work begins with ambiguity.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering, Business and various Support teams to set strategic direction, elevate the designers around you, and do the work yourself
• Lead end-to-end user experience (UX) design across various platforms and tools that drive daily operations
• Design high-density dashboards and data environments built for expert users who need clarity at speed
• Make people more productive through intentional workflow design
• Drive system adoption by designing experiences that respect how people work
