Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - India

About the role

The Senior TA Partner will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across Corning India, supporting hiring needs across Commercial, Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Corporate Functions. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners, this role will drive proactive talent acquisition strategies and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of functions and levels, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management activities to ensure timely hiring outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruitment recommendations
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships
