About the role
AGM – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal financial performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves leading large teams across functions such as patient access, eligibility and benefits verification, medical billing, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR), denial management, appeals, and collections.

- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and overall revenue realization
