What you'll do
- As part of the development team, you will design, develop, and maintain core product and technical initiatives
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build features that solve real business problems, participate in code reviews for quality and maintainability
- Also identify improvements across code, processes, and business logic, coordinate with support and professional services to resolve customer issues
- 5-7+ years in enterprise software development with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5; Python or AI experience is a plus
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity), databases like MySQL and Redis, and monitoring tools such as New Relic
