About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management & Governance professional with deep hands-on expertise in enterprise data discovery, Microsoft 365 platforms, and compliance-driven data operations. This role requires strong technical execution capabilities (non-negotiable) in managing, locating, and governing enterprise data across systems, combined with the ability to own data control frameworks, and drive governance best practices.
What you'll do
- Manage and govern enterprise data across Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Power BI, Atlassian Suite, and cloud platforms
- Execute advanced data discovery, search, and retrieval across systems to identify, analyze, and take action on enterprise data
- Perform data lifecycle operations including classification, preservation & remediation aligned with compliance requirements
- Develop deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems—where data resides, flows, and how it is accessed
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to collaboration platforms and data access
