About the role
Rocket Growth is the 2P marketplace at Coupang. The Supply Chain team within Rocket Growth has the mission to simplify and reduce cost of doing business for Sellers. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Backend, you will work on distributed systems, and building next generation products.
What you'll do
- Drive the highest quality of architecture and design of the system
- Draw a roadmaps and vision for the scalable and robust growth of the product
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to make the platform open and extensible to unlock innumerable opportunities for innovations
- Align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission critical projects
- Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions
