About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data migration strategies, ETL development, data transformation, data quality management, and Python scripting. Experience migrating data from legacy or third-party platforms into Salesforce is highly desirable.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, including planning, design, execution, validation, and post-deployment support
- Analyze source system data structures and map data to target applications
- Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Develop reusable migration frameworks, scripts, and automation utilities
- Create and maintain data mapping documents, migration runbooks, and reconciliation reports
