Recruiting Coordinator - (NPW)

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Global Recruiting Organization and will be responsible for all scheduling and completion of tasks assigned as it pertains to the recruiting process lifecycle. This position reports to the Supervisor of Recruiting Support.

What you'll do

• Processing and entering confidential and sensitive candidate or new hire information
• Heavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround time
• Administer international background check process
• Initiate offer letters, employment agreements, approval processes, and ensure prompt follow up and communication to Recruiting and Human Resources
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers
