Senior UI/UX Engineer

About the role

The role turns migration into adoption: intuitive dashboards, intake forms, templates, navigation, and visual standards that reduce friction for 10,000 users — especially the non-technical majority encountering Jira and Confluence in new ways.

What you'll do

• Design and build standardized, role-relevant Jira dashboards, boards, and reporting views for key personas (leadership, PMO, agile teams, corporate functions)
• Design intake forms, request types, and guided workflows that make Jira approachable as a lightweight task and intake tool for non-technical teams
• Define Confluence information architecture and template systems: space structures, navigation patterns, page templates for common needs (retrospectives, decision logs
• Establish and document experience standards — naming, layout, visual consistency — so team-created content converges rather than fragments after migration
• Partner with the Training Lead and OCM Lead on the visual quality of enablement assets: guides, video walkthroughs, communications templates, and champion toolkits
