Lead Recruitment Specialist

This position is responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts and supporting recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for key positions, ensuring timely hiring outcomes and a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging passive candidate engagement and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Establish connections and promote opportunities to prospective candidates while representing company culture and values
• Liaise with placement agencies and negotiate terms to assist with recruitment needs
• Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate pipeline reporting and timely tracking of candidate status
