About the role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist – Social Media to lead the strategic and creative direction of our digital brand presence. This individual will be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing high-impact content strategies across social platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
What you'll do
- Develop and lead CDC’s social media content strategy , ensuring consistent storytelling aligned with brand objectives and cultural relevance
- Conceptualize and oversee content campaigns — from idea generation and scripting to creative briefing and execution — across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate closely with the design, video, marketing, and product teams to bring brand campaigns and product drops to life
- Monitor social trends, platform innovations, and cultural movements to ensure CDC remains a leader in digital creativity and relevance
- Ensure clarity and consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social touchpoints
