About the role
Summary – We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Agency Loan Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end Agency Loan Servicing, Transaction Processing, Cash Management, Reconciliation, and Operational Risk Management.
What you'll do
- Independently manage standard and moderately complex Agency Loan transactions using loan servicing systems such as ACBS / Loan IQ, including drawdowns, repayments
- Oversee deal and facility setup, validate static data against approved documentation, and review borrower and lender notices for accuracy, completeness, payment details
- Manage cash movements, manual payments, funding requirements, assigned operational queues, notices
- Investigate and resolve aged cash breaks, past dues, unapplied cash, accrual differences, lender position discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with maker-checker controls, authorization limits, SOPs, and audit requirements while guiding junior team members, supporting root-cause analysis
