About the role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong foundation in both declarative configuration and programmatic development. This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to think like an Administrator and build like a Developer, always defaulting to out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality before reaching for code.
What you'll do
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions that prioritise declarative approaches (Flows, Validation Rules, and standard configuration) before considering custom code
- Evaluate the data model and object relationships to ensure structural integrity across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement
- Translate requirements from the CRM Engineering Manager and sprint backlog into sound Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain complex, multi-branch Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Autolaunched Flows)
