About the role
Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Windows and Mac and basic support for Linux systems. Install and maintain productivity applications and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, VPN, and email-related issues.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
