About the role
CrucialLogics seeking a French/English Bilingual HyperCare Consultant (Information Technology), for our Global, remote team. We actively encourage our employees to pursue new and applicable industry certifications and provide assistance and guidance to do so. As a part of our team you will have a strong group of experienced IT professionals behind you to assist and guide you whenever needed.
What you'll do
- Ensuring the best possible experience for users through efficient and personable communication
- Supporting a mixed Windows and MacOS environment with a standard set of business-related peripherals to go along with them
- Administration and upkeep of an Microsoft 365 environment
- Provide end-to-end managed support for Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Office 365 and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve them in a timely manner
