What you'll do
- Advise client engagements on where AI genuinely fits — which of their intelligence, reputation, or governance problems yield to models and which need humans, said plainly
- Architect and position AI-augmented solutions across the engagement spectrum — chatbots and virtual assistants for citizen-facing work
- Run discovery with client stakeholders: data availability, constraints, and the honest gap between ambition and what the data supports
- Use: Azure OpenAI / Cognitive Services, Power BI, Notion, Python notebooks
