What you'll do
- Carry accountability for monthly, quarterly and annual achievements across administration, business development support and staff performance
- Own central operations: the administration, coordination and cadence the practice executes through
- Run staff appraisals, performance management and, where needed, discipline — fairly and documented
- Use: Operations dashboards in Metabase, HRIS-class people systems, Meeting and decision-log discipline in Workspace, Budget tracking sheets
