- Manage the local data-intelligence team — hiring support, budgeting input, and the team-management responsibilities delivery depends on
- Oversee the plan across people, process, and technology for data collection, automation, and visualization — the manager owns the machinery's shape
- Plan delivery and updates of standard intelligence outputs: engagement dashboards, competitive scorecards, and the recurring client products scheduled around
- Use: BI dashboards, Jira / delivery boards, Excel / Google Sheets, Notion
