This is a full-time, permanent leadership position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, managing the analysts and specialists who turn platform corpora into client insight across all five domains.
What you'll do
- Run the data intelligence cell — staffing engagements, setting analytical standards, and carrying final accountability for insight quality agency-wide
- Own the cell’s delivery calendar: which engagements get analytical capacity this month, and what gets defended when two clients need the same bench
- Review and sign off on client-facing analytical products before they ship — the last gate between a confident wrong number and the client
- Use: PostgreSQL and the analytics stack the cell runs on, Python-based analytical workflows, Metabase / Grafana dashboard standards, Resource and capacity planning sheets
