What you'll do
- Build and maintain high-availability, high-quality database systems sized to each platform's real access patterns — not its wishlist
- Own backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery posture for the intelligence estate, with restore drills that are tested, not assumed
- Monitor user access and security: role design, least-privilege enforcement, and audit logging that would satisfy a paranoid client — because it has to
- Use: PostgreSQL 15, pgBackRest-class backup and restore infrastructure, Linux server operations, Monitoring and alerting stacks
