The Employee Resource Internship at CryptoMize in Delhi is a 6-month certified program with a rolling, always-open intake — immediate starts, real engagements from month one. Employees experience HR through the person who answers their question, fixes their record, and walks them through day one. Employee Resource interns are that person inside a live HR function — the support discipline the whole people operation stands on.
What you'll do
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems across the firm
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures — the resource employees bring their questions to first
- Use: HRIS platforms, ATS basics, Excel for people data and reporting, Google Workspace
