About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, running the people-operations layer for a firm whose hiring bar is famously evidence-based.
What you'll do
- Assist in the creation and execution of human resources initiatives and systems — the machinery the whole agency hires and grows through
- Advise on policies and processes across the firm, from hiring protocol to engagement staffing rules
- Prepare job descriptions, post openings and manage the hiring process — actively involved in recruitment, not administrating it
- Use: HRIS platforms, Applicant tracking systems, Policy documentation workspaces, Onboarding checklist and program tooling
