- Keep the front desk of the New Delhi HQ tidy, presentable, and equipped — pens, forms, paper, and the first impression they create
- Greet and welcome guests — including the clients whose identities the office never confirms — and guide them to the main area
- Use: MS Office, EPABX / office phone systems, Google Workspace, Tally basics
