About the role

HR Generalist interns learn people operations inside an organization that hires continuously: rolling intake across hundreds of role families, urgent mass-hiring surges when time-sensitive projects land, and an application database that exists to be ready the day a large engagement is won. From the first month you support recruitment, onboarding, and employee processes for teams across our five intelligence domains.

What you'll do

• Assist the surge-hiring machinery: when a large engagement lands, help activate the applicant database that staffs it on deadline
• Conduct onboarding support — documentation, orientation coordination, and the first-week experience new joiners actually remember
• Use: Applicant tracking systems, HR documentation and records workflows, Interview scheduling and coordination tooling, Onboarding checklists and orientation materials
