- Research legal questions across engagements — regulatory frames, contract issues, and jurisdictional wrinkles for corporate and political clients
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and engagement documents under senior lawyer supervision, clause by clause
- Support compliance review for international engagements — data protection, confidentiality, and cross-border considerations
- Use: Legal research databases, Contract management workflows, Case-law and statute research platforms, Document management with version discipline
