What you'll do
- Own the legal workstream of live engagements — contract review, drafting, and negotiation support — from assignment through senior sign-off
- Conduct research on the legal challenges clients confront and convert it into advice the engagement team can act on
- Use: Legal research platforms, Case and matter management systems, Document management with version discipline, Contract lifecycle management tooling
