What you'll do
- Provide legal support and advice to senior management on major matters — the engagements, partnerships and disputes where the agency’s name is directly on the line
- Draft and settle the instruments the business runs on: contracts, statements, agreements, and the standardized templates the whole function reuses
- Implement protective measures for patents, trademarks and industrial designs — the agency’s own IP and the marks it manages for clients
- Use: Manupatra-class legal research databases, Contract lifecycle management workflows, IP registry filing and tracking systems
