What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day reputation-marketing rhythm for live engagements — review-response cadence, content-suppression campaigns, sentiment-recovery loops
- Coordinate the response cadence across earned, owned, and paid channels when a sentiment event fires — under senior ORM lead supervision
- Draft review-response playbooks and content-suppression briefs that connect the ORM operations to the engagement strategy
- Use: Brandwatch / Talkwalker / Meltwater for ORM monitoring, Perception X2, Google Business Profile + review-platform dashboards
