• Maintain patient medical records to healthcare-grade current and complete, with confidentiality absolute
• Run appointment, diagnostic, and referral coordination for assigned patients — scheduled, tracked, and followed through without drops
• Use: Hospital Information System, Patient-journey tracking and scheduling workflows, Service-quality feedback and escalation instruments
