What you'll do
- Supervise requirements planning for engagements and cells — what is needed, when, and what depends on it, kept current as reality shifts
- Prepare proposals and plans in conformance with the codes and local and national regulations each jurisdiction demands
- Act as the intermediary between communities, developers, government entities, and business on civic-facing engagements — set goals, policies
- Use: MS Project / planning software, Excel / Google Sheets, Google Workspace, GIS / mapping basics
