What you'll do
- Planning managers here provide the plans projects run on and then coordinate and monitor activity against them: goals and objectives, resource allocation
- Develop and define the goals and objectives for each engagement — the frame every schedule, resourcing decision and milestone hangs on
- Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools, and recommend modifications that actually improve it
- Prepare systematic short- and long-term resource allocation plans, built from feedback across all the actors and team members who matter
- Use: Gantt and scheduling platforms, Resource-capacity planning tools, Milestone and dependency trackers, KPI dashboards for effectiveness monitoring
