What you'll do
- Run the search desk as a specialist practice: improving and increasing the visibility of our websites and business profile
- Own and increase the visibility of agency and client properties — the ranking posture is your programme, not your luck
- Optimise all internal processes related to search: intake, audit, implementation, reporting — the desk runs on rails you build
- Lead the specialists and analysts on the desk — assignment, review, and the development of the bench underneath
- Use: Google Analytics 4 + Google Search Console, Ahrefs / Semrush-class suites, Screaming Frog-class crawlers, Rank-tracking and reporting platforms
