What you'll do
- Build meaningful customer connections at code level — the interactive formats, bots, and experiences that turn audiences into communities
- Develop campaigns with marketing and sales teams for social platforms — the technical half of concepts that must also execute
- Manage and facilitate social media communities through the tooling — moderation systems, response flows, and member journeys
- Use: JavaScript / TypeScript, Meta & X APIs, chatbot frameworks basics, GTM / analytics instrumentation
