This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, conducting thorough research on the social channels client engagements depend on: who populates them, what those audiences care about, and how the landscape is shifting.

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough research on the social media channels each engagement touches — the platforms, the communities on them
• Own the production of social media monitoring reports — the recurring studies that track channel movement — and the ad-hoc research reports engagements demand on deadline
• Track social media influencers systematically: who moves which audience, on what topics, with what reach and reliability — the influencer maps the engagement cells act on
• Use: Social listening suites, Influencer identification and analysis platforms, Survey and audience-research tooling, Excel/Sheets at study-tabulation depth
