About the role
This opening is for the experienced professional in that machine — the translator whose sign-off a document carries, who governs the glossary everyone else works from, and who reviews the trainees. Full responsibilities, requirements, ladder, and selection process are set out below. Hold final sign-off on Tamil deliverables — dossiers, campaign documents, press material — before any of it reaches a client mailbox
What you'll do
- Run English–Tamil press monitoring: what the Chennai and Colombo outlets carry, what warrants the client briefing, what stays internal
- Use: Trados-class CAT environment with review workflow, Shared glossary infrastructure with per-domain term records, Xbench-class QA passes on every deliverable batch
