• Write and maintain user documentation for the intelligence platform stack — setup guides, feature references and troubleshooting paths for platforms operators use daily
• Draft UI text and microcopy with the product team: labels, empty states, error messages — the words a system speaks when something goes wrong
• Run docs-as-code: documentation lives in version control beside the work it describes, moves through review like code, and ships on the same cadence
• Use: Markdown docs-as-code pipelines, Static-site documentation generators, Mermaid / draw.io-class diagramming, Google Developer Documentation Style Guide conventions
