What you'll do
- Own the design of client web properties end-to-end — from creative concept through component-level specification and post-launch iteration
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across the production design system every property shares
- Test and improve the design of shipped websites against real user behavior — hierarchy fixes, conversion-path improvements, accessibility gaps
- Use: Figma at production scale, Tailwind CSS utility fluency, Astro/React component reading, Browser devtools + Lighthouse measurement
