About the role
We're seeking a Team leader – Client Accounting , someone who brings both operational rigor and strategic thinking to lead teams, manage key client relationships, and ensure excellence in accounting service delivery. Oversee a team of Financial Accountants and Analysts responsible for end-to-end client accounting including bookkeeping, statutory accounts, VAT, and regulatory reporting.
What you'll do
- Responsible for end-to-end client accounting including bookkeeping, statutory accounts, VAT, and regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, review and approve documentation, and maintain process quality within agreed SLAs
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards
- Participate in tactical meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to review KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead and develop a high-performing team culture through coaching, performance appraisals, and personalized development plans
