About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Systems Engineering, to provide technical leadership and delivery ownership across complex systems engineering programs. This role is responsible for strengthening systems engineering capability across requirements, architecture/design, integration, verification, validation, configuration/change management, risk management, and lifecycle delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead systems engineering delivery across assigned programs and products ensuring strong technical governance across requirements, design, integration, verification
- Provide technical direction to Systems Engineers working on complex, cross-functional systems involving software, hardware, devices, payments, back-office platforms
- Drive requirements engineering maturity, including elicitation, decomposition, traceability, validation, and change control
- Provide technical leadership for system architecture, high-level design, interfaces, integration, verification, validation, and readiness reviews
- Drive system integration readiness across subsystems, interfaces, devices, APIs, data flows, and third-party dependencies
