About the role
Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and related supporting schedules of the larger and more complex Cubic subsidiaries. Maintains or helps to maintain the accuracy of the entity’s related books of record such as the general ledger, fixed asset ledger, cash receipts and disbursements, accounts payable distribution, and travel ledger.
What you'll do
- Prepares monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Reviews and approves general ledger account reconciliations and/or journal entries
- Prepares account analyses for management and internal/external auditors
- Compiles and analyzes financial information
- Makes recommendations for improving accounting processes, and assists in implementing accounting policies and procedures
