About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building technical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. Responsible for day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP and critical facility systems, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient building operations.
What you'll do
- Monitor and operate electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, plumbing and fire & life-safety systems
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules and SOPs
- Attend technical breakdowns and complaints, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
