What you'll do
- Monitor daily housekeeping manpower attendance across assigned stores
- Track absenteeism, shortages, replacements and manpower deployment
- Coordinate with housekeeping service providers for timely replacement of absent manpower
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per approved deployment
- Maintain store-wise manpower records and attendance data
