About the role

This role will be responsible for market intelligence, business reporting, pipeline tracking, client analysis, financial modelling, presentation development, and coordination of key business initiatives. The position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, driving business performance, and supporting client acquisition and retention efforts.

What you'll do

• Develop periodic market reports, competitor benchmarking, and client intelligence briefs
• Maintain databases relating to market transactions, occupier movements, and leasing activity
• Analyze industry, economic, and business trends that may impact occupier strategies and real estate demand
