What you'll do
- Responsible for execution of data centre projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards
- Lead and manage all MEP works, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems
- Oversee the design development, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
- Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, IT, and specialist systems
- Review and monitor contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions
