- Supervise and ensure all Mechanical Installations at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Oversee execution of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Medical Gas Systems installations
- Responsible for coordination and integration of all MEP services at site
- Certify contractors’ measurements and prepare reports for client billing/approval
- Conduct weekly review meetings with client, consultants, and contractors to monitor progress and resolve issues
