Project Manager

About the role

This role involves full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully execute commercial and residential base build projects. The Project Lead is accountable for planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, quality, safety, and stakeholder end-to-end co-ordination and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of large-scale commercial and residential base build projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement strategic project plans, detailed schedules, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management
