What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers in creating complex mechanical and architectural drawings, as well as 3D models
- Drive the development and implementation of design strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to technical specifications and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new product designs, ensuring alignment with client and business requirements
