About the role
HR Executive handles daily HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee records. They support staff with queries, assist in performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.
What you'll do
- Ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment practice
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and conditions
- Work closely with each service group under their remit, to ensure that the recruitment service they deliver meets the Service Groups needs
- Deliver recruitment and selection training to juniors and to keep the material delivered under continuous review ensuring that it remains current and up to date
