About the role
Team Lead MERN Stack Developers manage the entire web application development process using MongoDB, Express.JS, React.JS, and Node.JS. They mentor the team, make key architectural decisions, and resolve technical issues. They are also responsible to collaborate with other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting business objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and ensuring adherence to best coding practices
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, suggest technical solutions, provide regular updates and handle escalations
- Work within the Agile/Scrum framework to manage the development cycle
- Ensure proper sprint planning, task assignment and that deadlines are met
