About the role
The incumbent will provide strategic leadership for all placement-related activities of the designated School. The role involves building and sustaining strong relationships with national and international industry partners to secure competitive placements aligned with those offered at top B-Schools.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage all placement activities for MBA and related programs
- Build and strengthen relationships with national and international corporate partners
- Target high-quality placement profiles comparable to those offered by leading B-Schools
- Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the Dean/Director
- Organize company visits, industrial visits, guest lectures, CEO series, and corporate interaction programs
